1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of legal support services provided by FounderLawHub. By accessing our platform and engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

FounderLawHub offers three categories of services:

  1. Professional legal support for startup founders (“Services”).
  2. Digital learning materials and guides (“Info Products”).
  3. Physical legal templates and resources (“Goods”).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with our professionals. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for Services and Info Products are due upon confirmation of your order. All payments are processed securely. You may contact our support via contact form for assistance with payment issues.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At FounderLawHub we strive to ensure satisfaction across all offering categories. The refund process depends on the type of engagement:

5.1 Services

Professional service engagements may be rescheduled once without any fee provided you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start. Engagement fees may be fully refunded if cancellation occurs 7 days before the start date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of commencement, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of up to 30% of the service fee to cover administrative efforts. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. All approved refunds will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days.

5.2 Info Products

Digital learning materials are available for a 14-day trial period starting from the date of purchase. If you find the Info Product unsuitable you may request a full refund within this trial period. After 14 days no credits will be issued as digital content access is granted immediately. All refund requests must be submitted through our contact form and processed within 7 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical templates and resources may be d or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate an or refund please contact us via contact form. Once we receive the product back we will inspect its condition and credit your account within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by FounderLawHub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without express consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderLawHub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
